Erg Sprints has been the largest U.S. indoor rowing competition for all age groups – and one of the largest internationally – for more than a decade.
Who rows at Erg Sprints? More than 1,300 student athletes, masters rowers, para rowers, indoor rowers, CrossFitters, flat water rowers, coastal rowers, dragon boat paddlers, canoeists... In other words: YOU.
